Introducing JANSSEN HOLDINGS LIMITED the Motor Vehicle Warranty specialists.

A JANSSEN WARRANTY will ensure that your vehicle provides you with hassle free motoring. Not all vehicles break down. But when they do it always happens when you least expect it. A JANSSEN WARRANTY will protect you against many of the costs associated with mechanical breakdowns.

What happens when your vehicle breaks down and you have a Janssen Warranty?

If you have a Janssen Warranty phone Janssen Claim Services on 09-577-1375 and obtain approval for repairs to commence.

Janssen will assist you in commencing repairs with an approved repairer.

If necessary, qualified assessors will assist you through the inconvenience of an unfortunate mechanical or electrical failure, they will assist you and the repairer to get your vehicle back on the road as urgently as possible.

When the repair is completed

Simply ask your repairer to provide Janssen with the account for the repairs, and payment will be made direct to the repairer by Janssen.

Warranty Options
Red Available for most vehicles up to 250,000kms
  • Janssen Red Warranty will deal with vehicles up to 15 years old and 250,000kms.
  • Janssen Red Warranty has a $150 excess on all claims.
  • $1000, $2000, $3000, $4000, $5000 limitations are determined by the age and kms of the vehicle.
  • All parts insured are listed on pages 6 & 7 of the policy booklet.
  • Diesel vehicles included.

 
Silver Available for most vehicles up to 250,000kms
  • Janssen Silver Warranty will deal with vehicles up to 15 years old and 250,000kms.
  • Excess on all claims optional $100 or $250.
  • Full Guarantee, no wear and tear clauses.
  • All parts covered except those detailed under "exclusions" in the policy booklet.
  • Diesel vehicles included.
